V-Gurras sten - The "Kings Stone"

Currently in Sweden and had the opportunity on Tuesday to do a cache near to the hotel I was staying at.

The 'Kings stone' next to Brunnsviken was signed by king Gustaf the fifth in 1923. Oscar Gustaf Adolf was born in 1858 and was king of Sweden for 43 years from 1907 until his death.



The cache was easy to find, but it was going dark when I got the chance to do this cache so luckly I had packed a torch. My first cache outside of the UK and also my first night time cache in the dark.

I had brought two travel coins with me which I dropped off in the cache. One of them I had was in a race to get to Sweden so looks like that one might win as its partner is in Germany at the moment.
