Been a while since writing on the blog. Todays blog entry is titled so as someone in the news has predicted that the world will end at 6:00pm tonight. Hmm hope not as there are so many more caches to find ;)
We have been out doing some more caching recently and our count has been slowly increasing.
Out today for some cache and dashes to find some fairly new caches that have been on the outstanding list for a while.
GC2M6C8 – Billo’s Boozey Bunch 1
A quickish puzzle on this cache taking a phone number from outside a pub and doing some maths. Its good to see some good sized containers now and then. This cache is one of those and with some good contents. Our youngest was made up with the toy car (camper van) he found as he is an avid camper van fan. Some caches are so bare when you get to them you’d think the cache owner was Mother Hubbard.
GC2VXD7 – Lest we Forget
The clue is in the name really as to the location of this cache. A quick find and replace.
GC2C1Q9 – Brookside Cache
A great view of Lyme Park Cage walking down to this cache. Nice a quiet track road to find a cache and sign without having to hide what you are doing from prying muggle eyes.
GC2QECM – Mr Wyvern 1 -The Front Door
This cache is part of a small series. We found the first one however we have planned to return and find the rest of the series another time. Recorded the next co-ords for one of the later caches for another time.
Now only 25 caches off the next milestone of 250 finds.

Another Slump!!
Oh dear, another slump due to some busy weekends and days doing other things. Finally broke this with a cache this weekend. I have bee out doing maintenance on my own caches though in the meantime and had one muggled recently so replaced and moved.
GC19QCA - Winfell Oasis
Enjoyed the good weather recently with a family holiday break to Centre Parcs in Penrith due to the Royal Wedding giving us an extra Bank Holiday. Well had to make the best use of it. Whilst we were there we found a cache just on the outskirts of the Parc. Its not actually in the grounds of Centre Parcs so you dont have to be staying there to get it.
The cache is a nice size and reasonably easy to find. Picked up a travel bug from the cache "Lightning McQueen on tour". This will get placed in another cache shortly.
